DocPort Road Transport Module Launched at Pivdennyi Port

Ukraine’s largest deep-water port, Pivdennyi, has launched the road transport module of the digital platform DocPort. The system had previously been introduced in the ports of Izmail, Reni, Chornomorsk, and Odesa.

The DocPort road module digitises key logistics processes — including electronic issuance of vehicle passes, queue management through a “controlled entry” system, and processing and storage of cargo and vehicle data. For businesses, this means significant savings in both time and costs: once a company’s, drivers’, and vehicles’ details are entered into the system, operations can be carried out seamlessly across all five ports without repeated formalities.

The platform was developed by USPA specialists and is provided to users free of charge. The next stage in DocPort’s development involves expanding the functionality of the maritime module — already in testing at Pivdennyi Port — and scaling the system across all Ukrainian seaports.
