USPA Announces Tender for Reconstruction of Stage Two of Odesa Port Overpass

The Odesa branch of the SE “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority” has announced an open tender for the final phase of reconstruction works on the second stage of the Odesa Port transport overpass. The estimated contract value is 31.38 million UAH, with works scheduled for completion during 2025.

The reconstruction is necessitated by operational restrictions resulting from the current technical condition of the structure.

The project includes the installation of a new reinforced concrete slab, waterproofing, application of protective and leveling layers, asphalt paving, installation of a drainage system, and anti-corrosion coating of the guardrail system. The works will be carried out in accordance with updated project documentation, which received a positive state expert review in May 2025.

Upon completion, full traffic will be restored on the overpass, enabling uninterrupted access for freight transport to the port’s transshipment terminals.
