USPA Launches Fleet Renewal for Izmail Branch Under the RELINC Project

The SE “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority” has announced an international tender for the procurement of a tugboat and a service boat for the Izmail branch of SE USPA. The procurement is being carried out under the RELINC Project with financing provided by the World Bank.

Izmail Port remains an important part of Danube regional transport infrastructure. Renewal of the tug and service boat will improve safety and quality of port services.

Applications are accepted until 14 April 2026. The procedure is being conducted in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations. Suppliers from countries subject to Ukraine’s trade restrictions are not eligible to participate.

Background: The procurement is being carried out under Component E: Scaling-up Danube River Critical Logistics Chains, implemented by USPA jointly with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) in accordance with the Grant Agreement of the Ukraine Relief, Recovery, Reconstruction and Reform Multi-Donor Trust Fund.
