USPA Secures Front Wheel Loader Supplier Through RELINC Project Partnership with World Bank

The State Enterprise “Ukrainian Sea Ports Authority” (USPA) has signed a contract with Zeppelin Ukraine to procure a front wheel loader worth $233,000. The equipment must be delivered within six months of the contract signing.

All tender procedures under the Repairing Essential Logistics Infrastructure & Network Connectivity Project (RELINC) Project are conducted through the Prozorro electronic procurement system in accordance with the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers. and the principles of transparency and open competition.

The procurement of the loader was conducted under Component “Scaling-up Danube River Critical Logistics Chains” of the RELINC Project, implemented jointly by USPA and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development with grant funding from the Ukraine Relief, Recovery, Reconstruction and Reform Trust Fund (URTF)..

Component E is of strategic importance, as it focuses on strengthening Danube logistics chains that remain vital for supporting Ukraine’s export.

USPA emphasizes that collaborating with the World Bank through the RELINC Project serves as a prime example of effective international partnership, facilitating the prompt restoration of Ukraine’s critical transport infrastructure.
